Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a minimum of 2 years of inpatient experience to join our team. This position is ideal for a professional who is committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and rehabilitation processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of inpatient experience.

Shift and Schedule

This position is scheduled for 40 hours per week, with shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday. The role will not require on-call responsibilities.
