LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LTC/SNF Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our residents. This position offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for overtime and requires a commitment to patient care excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and health status.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families.
- Assist with daily living activities and maintain a safe, clean environment.
Shift Details
- Shift Length: 12-hour shifts
- Shifts: Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Weekend Rotation: Every third weekend
- Holiday Rotation: Every other holiday
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- BLS Certification required.
Employment Details
- Length of Assignment: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week, with the possibility of 48 hours.
- Overtime: Available as needed.
- Work Schedule: Sunday through Saturday.

- Local placements only within 80 miles.
- A fee may be charged for cancellations with less than a 14-day notice.
