Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The position may require floating to various units to provide care for a similar patient population.

Shift Details

• Rotating shifts: 7pm – 7:30am or 7am – 7:30pm
• Shifts may vary to meet operational needs, with a commitment to honor preferred scheduling where possible.
• Travelers are required to work at least every other holiday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty
• Must hold a valid Ohio license or a compact state license
• AHA or American Red Cross certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are required

Orientation and Assessments

During orientation, travelers will be required to complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and a safeMedicate assessment. An acceptable score on both assessments is mandatory.

Unit Information

This position primarily operates within the G81 unit.
