Acute Travel RN – Med Surg

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Acute Travel RN to provide high-quality care to patients in a Med Surgical setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while prioritizing patient comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on a Med Surg unit.
• Perform assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be beneficial.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively.
