Cath Lab Tech

Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support within the Cath Lab setting, while also assisting in the training of a new hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various procedures related to cardiac catheterization.
• Assist in the training and orientation of newly hired staff members.
• Conduct patient assessments and ensure quality care is provided.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with other medical personnel and departments.

Schedule

This position requires a full-time commitment with a shift of 4×10 hours, from 07:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Call participation is required every other week, with a 30-minute call window from Monday to Monday.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or related field.
• Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
• Current Basic Life Support certification (ACLS).
• Previous experience in a training or mentoring capacity is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as necessary.
