Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients based on established standards of care and the nursing process. This role involves supervising and directing the activities of assigned nursing staff while coordinating care with other healthcare disciplines.

Education and Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification: Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required

Essential Functions

• Collect and analyze relevant data related to patient health and situations.
• Develop and implement care plans that prescribe interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Evaluate patient progress towards identified outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, their families, and healthcare team members to provide safe and compassionate care.
• Provide educational resources for patients and families, fostering understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate the duties of healthcare team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
