CT/X-Ray Technologist

Job Summary

This role is for an experienced CT/X-Ray Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both CT and X-Ray techniques, with a strong commitment to patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures according to established protocols and standards.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging exams, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Ensure that equipment is properly calibrated and maintained, reporting any malfunctions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging services.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CT and X-Ray technology.
• Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continued professional development and education in imaging technology.

Schedule

This position requires availability for weekend shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Orientation is held weekly on Mondays.

Travel Requirements

Travel assignments may require candidates to be located 60 miles or more from the facility, in which case additional travel-related arrangements will be provided.
