Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team, focusing on outpatient therapy with occasional inpatient and pediatric cases. This position is suitable for new graduates or licensed PTs with less than one year of experience who possess strong clinical backgrounds in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients’ conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and strategies for continued care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license (pending submission is acceptable).
• Preferred experience in outpatient and inpatient therapy during clinical rotations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.

Schedule

The position offers flexible scheduling options, with opportunities for 4×10 hour shifts or traditional 5×8 hour shifts.
