Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare staff.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health issues and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a safe patient environment.

Qualifications

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Additional Information

This position may require travel of 50+ miles from the facility, with consideration given to a 40-hour work week if needed. Orientation will be conducted on Wednesdays.
