Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a similar clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Additional Information

This position may require flexibility in scheduling to meet patient needs, including occasional travel between multiple locations within the region.
