Ultrasound Technologist (Allied)

Shift Details

The Ultrasound Technologist will work a 7 on 7 off schedule, with shifts from Monday to Sunday, 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The position includes rotating call one night a week on the active work week and every 8th weekend.

Training

Training will begin on November 30th and will run Monday through Thursday for 10-hour shifts. The active work week is set to commence on December 7th.

Responsibilities

The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations while ensuring high-quality images and patient care. Key duties include:

• Conducting abdominal, breast, OB/GYN, and vascular ultrasound exams.
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and imaging standards.
• Collaborating with medical professionals to interpret results and determine next steps.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and imaging documentation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in Abdomen, Breast, OB/GYN, and Vascular ultrasound.
• ARDMS certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
