Ultrasound Technologist – Vascular

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist with expertise in vascular imaging. This role involves performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations with a focus on vascular studies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for obtaining high-quality images and assisting in patient care during the imaging process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound examinations, including carotid, venous, and arterial studies.
• Utilize ultrasound equipment to capture and assess images, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret findings and aid in diagnosis.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide compassionate patient care and ensure patient comfort during procedures.

Qualifications

• Registered in Vascular Technology (ARDMS or ARRT preferred).
• Experience in performing vascular ultrasound examinations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

This position offers a 4-day work week, with shifts from 08:00 to 18:00. Flexibility to handle on-call duties may be required as needed.

Contract Duration

This role is available for a contract duration of 13 weeks.
