Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Comprehensive Liver Care Unit in the ICU. The ideal candidate will possess experience in liver transplantation and critical care, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills and knowledge in the management of patients with liver-related health issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in liver care and liver transplant is required.
• Proficient in using Epic electronic health record system.
• Strong assessment, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Comprehensive Liver Care Unit.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individual care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and health maintenance.
