Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN): Med/Surg (Neuro, Ortho, Peds)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for patient care and contribute to a variety of medical-surgical disciplines including neurology, orthopedics, and pediatrics. This position offers the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit.
• Assess and monitor patient health status, implementing appropriate interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and ensure patient safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Med/Surg environment.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in neurology, orthopedics, and pediatrics is highly desirable.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
