Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Information

This position requires availability for night shifts from 1845 to 0715, with a commitment of 36 hours per week. Every other weekend will be off, and there is an opportunity to pick up extra shifts as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, specifically within the medical-surgical unit, and be ready to contribute effectively to our healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
• Current Washington State nursing license or Multi-State nursing license accepted.
• Completion of approved 6-hour suicide training.
• Verification of demographics through Nursys.
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Knowledge of NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) is required.
• Familiarity with Meditech software is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information

Holiday coverage will be required during the contract period. Please note that any requested time off must be approved and documented at the end of the contract.
