Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position offers both day and evening shifts, with a flexible schedule of 3 to 5 days a week, depending on the needs of the facility. Candidates should be adaptable to varying weekly schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care in accordance with established standards and practices.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License in the state of practice.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in long-term care.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Completion of a DHHS background check.
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Up-to-date immunizations including 2-step TB, Hepatitis B, MMR, Tdap, and Varicella.
