Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Overview

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to join our team. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing effective interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices within the unit.

Shift Details

Full-time position requiring 3 shifts of 12 hours each, from 07:00 to 19:00.

Weekend scheduling: Every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in ICU or Intermediate Care (IMC) settings.
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS.
• Ability to handle high-acuity patients and support effective patient flow with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:5 at most.
