Medical Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to work in a high-volume clinical setting. The primary responsibility includes drawing 1-5 vials of blood from each patient. Candidates must demonstrate recent experience and proficiency in venipuncture.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2 years in a similar role
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Certification: Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC only
• Special Requirements: Proficiency in Epic and venipuncture
• Health Requirement: Flu vaccination (no exemptions or declinations allowed)

Work Schedule

• Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours between 08:00 – 18:00
• Weekend Requirement: No
• Floating Requirement: Yes, requires travel to other clinics
• Scheduling Requests: No scheduling requests can be accommodated
