Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This role involves providing exceptional care to patients in a supportive environment, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Fridays: Off

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and exercises.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
