COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)

We are seeking a COTA to join our team, providing services in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Home Health settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.

Position Details:

• Shift: Monday through Friday, flexible hours between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Shift Length: 8 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Participate in developing and implementing treatment plans for individuals receiving care.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Adhere to productivity expectations for Skilled Nursing and Home Health settings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in using Net Health and Home Care Home Base software is preferred.

Additional Information:

• No supervising of staff required.
• A Therapy Supervisor will be present onsite.
• This position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to different care settings.
