Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Position Details

• Shift: 3x12s, Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
• Patient Ratios: 1:5-6
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Floating Requirement: Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting is required.
• Licensure: Active South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) are required; NIH certification is preferred.
• Special Skills: Telemetry competency required; previous charge experience is preferred; community hospital experience is favorable.
