Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Stepdown care. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a focus on providing excellent patient care.

Position Details

• Ratios: 1:3
• Shift: Night shift, 3×12 hours (19:00 – 07:00)
• First-timers Accepted: Yes
• On-call Requirements: Required every 3rd weekend
• Floating: Clinicians may float within scope to meet facility needs, including med tele, med surg, and rehab units as necessary
• Block Schedule Requests: Accepted at the time of submission

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant nursing experience required
• Licensure: MO or compact nursing license required
• Certifications:
  • ACLS (AHA only)
  • BLS (AHA only)
• Comfort Level: Must be comfortable with taking isolation patients, including those with COVID-19
• Medication Administration: Experience with drips such as Cardizem, Amiodarone, Heparin, and Dobutamine
• Special Procedures/Equipment: Experience with thoracentesis, paracentesis, BiPAP, and Airvo
