X-Ray Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated X-Ray Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The ideal individual will possess the necessary certifications and a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct X-Ray examinations and ensure high-quality imaging.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain equipment and assist in troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• Certificate from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
• Current BLS certification; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) are preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with picture identification.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test.
• Documentation of Tuberculosis test records and Hepatitis vaccine record.
• Influenza vaccine record or declination.
• Evidence of agency’s Certificate of Liability Insurance.
• Skill checklist from agency and records of nursing-related competencies/exams.
