Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

Job Overview

This position is for a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) required to work 12-hour day shifts. The role includes working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and participating in call and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the emergency room setting.
• Float to the Psych Hold area as needed.
• Participate in mandatory overtime as per unit staff rotation to ensure adequate coverage.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an emergency room setting.
• At least 1 year of prior travel experience in an Emergency Room.
• Current certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI is required.
• All time off requests must be submitted at the time of application.

Holiday and Time Off Policy

The selected candidate will be required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays and will need to adhere to the organization’s time-off request policies.
