Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care. This role requires managing and providing care for critically ill neonates while working in a supportive environment that prioritizes patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience (within the last 3 years)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification
• Level III Neonatal Intensive Care experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field
• Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care (within the last ten (10) years) preferred

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to neonates, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards and protocols. Your role will also include patient assessments, developing care plans, and providing education to families.
