Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) unit. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to residents and a commitment to enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents and their families.
• Participate in recreational activities and engage residents in meaningful interactions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a dedication to providing quality care.

Employment Details

This position offers an 8-hour shift with a guarantee of 36 hours per week. Candidates must be available for various shifts including days.
