Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Position Overview

The role of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is essential in providing high-quality care to patients in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. CNAs assist with daily living activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents with varying health conditions, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, and congestive heart failure (CHF).

Job Requirements

• Shift Length: 8 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Certifications: BLS Certification required
• Availability: Afternoon shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with potential morning shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Shifts include every other weekend and holiday.

• Bed Capacity: 44 beds with a staff-to-patient ratio of 7-8
