Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Sterile Processing Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have comprehensive knowledge in various areas of sterile processing, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Decontamination of surgical instruments and medical devices, including drills, robotic scopes, and more.
• Assembly of instruments across all service lines, including trauma, loaner sets, and peel packaging.
• Management of sterilization processes using both Sterrad and steam sterilization methods.
• Experience with High-Level Disinfection (HLD) and processing of endoscopes.
• Maintaining sterile storage and ensuring proper inventory management.
• Act as an OR liaison, effectively communicating between departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Utilization of the Censitrac tracking system for instrument tracking and management.
• Demonstrated experience with Medivator systems is required.

Qualifications

• Certification from either CBSPD or CRCST (HSPA, formerly IAHCSMM) is required.
• Previous experience in a high-volume trauma facility is preferred.
