PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking skilled PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurses to join our team. This role is critical in providing high-quality patient care, particularly for those with cardiac conditions. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in managing and titrating cardiac drips.

Position Details

• Holiday Policy: Candidates may choose one holiday—either Thanksgiving or Christmas—but cannot have both.
• Floating Policy: Staff may float to Telemetry or Medical-Surgical floors if overstaffed.
• Weekends: Required every other weekend.
• Scheduling: Block scheduling is not required.
• Patient Ratios: Expected ratios are 1:4-5.
• Hours: 48-hour shifts are approved.

Requirements

• Experience in stepdown or PCU nursing with cardiac drip management is a hard stop requirement.
