Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry/Neuro

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Telemetry and Neuro care for an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the management and interpretation of dysrhythmias. This position requires proficiency in telemetry and care for patients with tracheostomies, as well as the ability to handle a range of neurological conditions.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Patient Ratios: 1:5
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend; flexibility in scheduling needed
• Open to First-Time Travelers: Yes, if they have strong neuro experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Certifications Required: NIH Stroke Scale and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Skills Needed: IV starts, telemetry monitoring, care for patients with tracheostomies
• Preferred experience in Level 1 trauma centers

Special Requirements

Candidates must demonstrate capability in managing a diverse patient population, including those undergoing neurosurgery, neurology treatments, and caring for patients with epilepsy, traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and other neurological disorders.

Parking Information

• Daily Onsite Parking Cost: $15 Days (M-F), $4 (Sat/Sun), $5 Evenings, $4 Nights
• Offsite Garage: 10-minute shuttle service, operational Monday-Friday, $10/day
