Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide quality care in a home health setting. This position does not involve clinical responsibilities, allowing the focus to be on delivering therapeutic services directly to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and treat a daily caseload of approximately 8 patients.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Ensure productivity expectations of a minimum of 6.5 points per hour, typically including 3–4 evaluations.
• Supervise rehabilitation aides and COTAs as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in home health care and home-based occupational therapy.
• Possess an active occupational therapy license upon submission.
• Current certifications, including CPR.

Work Schedule

This position offers flexibility with self-scheduling, allowing clinicians to organize their own day and adjust visits as needed. There are no weekend or holiday requirements.

Dress Code

Employees are encouraged to wear any color scrubs or business casual attire.

Service Areas

The primary service areas include Clark, Edgar, Effingham, Champaign, and Madison County.
