Job Responsibilities

• Assess and develop individualized rehabilitation programs for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, cognitive function, and overall quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans according to patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and resources.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans and progress.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure or certification in the relevant therapeutic field.
• Experience in post-acute rehabilitation, particularly with brain injury and stroke patients, is preferred.

Work Schedule
