Job Overview

Schedule

• Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
• Up to 30 hours at one location and 25 hours at another.
• No weekend rotation required.

Travel Requirements

Travel is necessary for individuals who choose a split schedule among the facilities for full-time hours.

Facility Information

This role involves working within an 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in a rural community, providing care for geriatric and dementia patients.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a healthcare or nursing setting is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
