Skilled Nursing Position

Overview

Work Schedule

Work is scheduled for 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend rotations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist with daily living activities and rehabilitation processes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and manage residents’ conditions, documenting observations and changes.
• Support residents’ emotional and social needs through compassionate interaction.

Qualifications

• Relevant certification or licensure in the nursing field.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
