Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our professional healthcare team. This role is instrumental in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and progress.
• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist in creating and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for each resident.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is preferred.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday. There is no weekend rotation required.
