Rehabilitation Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in a specialized setting focused on Post-Acute Brain Injury and Stroke Rehabilitation. This role requires a collaborative and passionate individual who is committed to providing clinical excellence in rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality rehabilitation services to clients in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Outpatient settings.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans for clients recovering from brain injuries and strokes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge, including pursuing certification as a brain injury specialist.
• Support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals through tailored therapeutic interventions.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Background in rehabilitation, nursing, or related fields preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
