Specialized Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team, specializing in memory support care for residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. This role is focused on providing personalized care through various therapeutic and leisure activities, ensuring each resident’s quality of life is prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care plans that maximize function and engagement for residents.
• Utilize specialized assessments and evidence-based practices to guide treatment.
• Implement therapeutic activities including art therapy, music therapy, and gardening.
• Work collaboratively with care partners and families to support resident wellness post-therapy.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of memory care best practices and individual-centered approaches.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with residents and families.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
• Previous experience in a memory support or related field is preferred.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with the expectation for weekend rotations as needed.
