Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated skilled nursing professional to join our team at a 115-bed skilled nursing facility that provides long-term and short-term rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents
• Assist with daily living activities and rehabilitation processes
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license or certification
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to participate in shift rotations, including weekends

Schedule

This position involves a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, working Monday through Friday with a weekend rotation.
