Skilled Nursing Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skilled Nursing Professional to join our team in a dynamic environment. This role involves providing care for a diverse mix of short-term and long-term care patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient health and progress, adjusting care as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health management and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Schedule

This position offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend rotation, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license and certification as required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
