Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a small community facility that offers post-hospital care, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Schedule

This position requires a full-time commitment of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a weekend rotation as needed.
