Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our skilled nursing facility, which focuses on providing post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation, as well as long-term and respite care services. Our team is committed to meeting the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from illness or injury.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate care and support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and rehabilitation processes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care and progress.

Schedule

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a weekend rotation as part of the team structure.

Qualifications

• Relevant healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
