Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated nursing professional to join our team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). This position offers a consistent schedule with no weekend rotations, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• No weekend rotation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor and document patients’ health status and report any changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
