Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position is critical to meeting the therapy needs at a skilled nursing facility (SNF).

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility in scheduling during weekdays.
• Hours: 35 hours per week.
• Work Environment: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Assist patients in improving their mobility and quality of life.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
