Role Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to residents, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Support residents in daily activities and rehabilitation tasks as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and changes in condition.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to participate in weekend rotations.

Our facility features 110 beds across specialized units, including Mental Health and Dementia care. We offer a spacious gym area dedicated to rehabilitation, equipped with stairs, parallel bars, and other equipment for home care tasks.
