Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and coordinating with other health care professionals. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing comprehensive assessments of patients’ health conditions.
• Delivering care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team discussions and contributing to collaborative care efforts.
• Adhering to infection control policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a relevant clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
