Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a 99-bed skilled nursing facility. This position requires a strong commitment to providing quality care to our patients and supporting their recovery and well-being.

Schedule and Hours

This role offers a work schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. There is no weekend rotation, although employees may be required to float to different areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support to residents in the facility.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassion and commitment to quality patient care.
