Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Outpatient Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services in a mobile setting. As a Mobile Outpatient Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of clients through personalized care and therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapy sessions in a mobile outpatient environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Engage with clients and families to provide education and support regarding therapeutic processes.

Schedule

This position offers a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend rotations.
