Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will thrive in a collaborative environment.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• No weekend rotation
• 35 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, recording vital signs and observations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families on health plans, wellness strategies, and medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in patient care planning and discharge processes.
• Support a safe and efficient healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus.
