Skilled Nursing Position

Job Summary

We are seeking qualified candidates for a skilled nursing position within a small continuing care retirement community (CCRC) that features a 58-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF). This role involves providing care in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and outpatient services for residents in assisted living and independent living settings.

Schedule

• 35 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• Weekend rotation required

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans.
• Monitor and record patients’ health status and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the applicable state.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or related healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
