Occupational Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate proficiency in providing therapeutic services to improve patients’ quality of life.

Schedule

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday schedule
• No weekend rotation required

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Conduct evaluations to assess patient capabilities and progress.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapy processes and techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Current and valid occupational therapy license.
• Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information

The facility has a capacity of 119 beds and provides a supportive environment focused on the rehabilitation and recovery of patients. Candidates must not be accepting new clients and COTA or PTA candidates are not eligible for this position.
